Cucalorus

Cucalorus was a very interesting experience and I walked away from it with a new respect for these type of films. Now I did not enjoy them all by the way. The first one I saw was a feature film called"The Strange Ones". That was shown in the Thailan Ballroom on a flat floor with removable seating. The room it self wasn't as impressive as the one I was I was in later. The cinematography of the film was great and so was the sound. I wasn't emotionally invested in the characters of this story due to a lack of back story. Even when something tragic happened to one of them I found myself not caring because there was nothing for me to care about. However, the twist at the end of that made me go back and give the character a second chance. I'm usually not a fan of sitting through an entire movie with payoff coming at the end. For this one it worked sort of. At last it gave me singe closure to that character. The second film I saw was actually a collection of short films...
